Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. If you wish to completely remove your account and all associated data from Entropy Zero: Overdrive, please follow the instructions below.

Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your campaign progress, daily puzzle streaks, high scores, and Entropy Zero Pro subscriptions linked to this profile will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

Method 1: Direct Web Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account right now by securely signing into your Google account below.

Success! Your account and associated authentication records have been permanently deleted from Entropy Zero.

Method 2: In-App Deletion

You can also instantly delete your account directly inside the Entropy Zero application:

  1. Open the app and ensure you are logged in.
  2. Tap the Menu Sidebar icon (three lines) in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the Settings Preferences section.
  4. Tap the Delete Account button.
  5. Accept the warning confirmation. Your data will be wiped immediately.

Method 3: Email Request

If you prefer manual processing, you can submit a written request.

  1. Send an email to devadathhk0.1@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  3. If you signed in with Google: include the exact email address linked to the Google Account you used.
  4. If you played without signing in (guest): you have no email on file, so include your Player ID instead. Open the app, tap the menu, and it is shown at the top of the account section — tap it to copy. Guest players still appear on the public leaderboard, so this is the only way to identify your entry.
  5. We will manually wipe your records from our Firestore Database and Firebase Authentication within 14-30 days.
